Building Materials-2009
Adding green elements to all aspects of your home is made easier with these innovative materials.
Boyce Highlands - (low VOC moldings)
We manufacturer finished and unfinished architectural moldings. We have complete “factory finishing” capabilities for profiles. This works well for LEED projects as we can use low VOC products in a controlled automated environment where consumption of finishing materials is vastly more efficient than on site finishing. All our products come from sustainable FSC-Certified forests.

Rubbersidewalks - (recycled rubber pavers)
Terrewalks and Rubbersidewalks are the pioneer and leader of eco-friendly, non-concrete pedestrian pavement. Our interlocking modular walkway pavement systems made of 100% recycled tire rubber and waste plastic are the choice of the future. Modularity allows walkways to be maintained and adjusted as needed due to tree root growth, freeze thaw damage, or need to access underground utilities. Modularity ensures that storm water is directed into the ground rather than flowing into the storm drain. Rubbersidewalks preserve the urban forest by accommodating tree root growth, and providing minimal impact surface material.

Avision - (reclaimed wood doors)
We specialize in building doors entirely from recycled content. We build a solid wood door that is not a composite but rather an engineered stave core that utilizes 100% reclaimed lumber. The wood we use is salvaged from barns, fences, and outbuildings that otherwise would have been destined to rot, burn, or go to the landfill. Each door built will look like a work of art and stand apart from the average wood door that is mass produced. Our doors are also built sturdier with better construction to last longer than normal.
